CLP
The Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) regulation is a UK law that is a legal requirement for all products that are fragranced. CLP Regulations govern that since 1st June 2015 all new products with hazardous substances must be labelled accordingly in the EU including the UK. CLP applies to a non-cosmetic product of any size containing a hazardous substance such as fragrance or essential oils (e.g. candles, wax melts, reed diffusers etc.).
We need to display these on our website when selling products with a CLP label. We are now required to show the CLP at "point of sale". All of our products have a CLP label but please also find the required CLP information below for our products
