Shipping policy

UK delivery
Whiff Of Wonder ships within the United Kingdom only, including Scotland and UK islands. Available delivery services and charges are shown at checkout for your address and order.

Dispatch time
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Dispatch time is the time we need to prepare your order; carrier delivery time is additional. Please check the product description for any item-specific preparation information.

Delivery charges and free shipping
Free Standard shipping is available on eligible UK orders of £50 or more. Some products have separate shipping arrangements and may still carry a delivery charge. Any free-shipping option and the total delivery cost available for your basket will be displayed at checkout before you pay.

Other available delivery options include Royal Mail, Yodel and DPD. Services and prices depend on your address and the items ordered.

Delivery times
Delivery time depends on the service selected. Any carrier estimates shown at checkout are in addition to our dispatch time. Please allow extra time during busy periods and bank holidays.
